- Most tweed jackets, hats, and tailored garments should be professionally dry cleaned rather than machine washed.
- For small stains, use a clean, damp cloth with a little wool-safe detergent. Blot gently instead of rubbing.
- Avoid frequent cleaning.
- Use a soft clothes brush to remove dust, lint, and dirt. Brush in the direction of the weave to preserve the fabric’s texture.
Wool – Vests
- Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using a gentle wool detergent.
- Air dry only – do not tumble dry
- Reshape while damp and dry flat.
- Cool iron if needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place.

- Rinse with warm water before first use.
- Clean with warm water after each use and allow to air dry.
- Avoid acidic, carbonated, or hot drinks.
- Do not store alcohol in the flask for prolonged periods.
