Stock permitting, all orders paid for by credit card will be dispatched within two working days. If the items you have ordered are out of stock we will inform you with an indication of when it might arrive.
Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and cost £5.00. Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 2 working days and therefore will take 4-6 working days to arrive.
Returns
When returning goods please use the original packaging and obtain proof of postage certificate available free on request from the Post Office. Please note Captain Currey Ltd does not pay the cost of the return postage.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size please contact us quoting your order reference and the size/ item you wish to exchange for, please return the original and we will send out the exchange.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our product we will be pleased to exchange or refund your unused purchases provided it is returned within 14 days. We cannot accept items if they have been damaged in the wash (please check care labels). Whilst the colour reproduction is as close a representation as possible, slight variation may occur.
